Zsófia nyakas – mindful flow yoga teacher

Zsófia found yoga subsequent to her professional handball career. As a result she has grown stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Furthermore, and unnsurprisingly it became a vital part of her life. Yoga inspires Zsófia to live each moment more mindfully.

Zsófia teaches a class every Tuesday morning and is available to teach yoga on a one-to-one basis throughout the week. She teaches a mindful flow yoga that will to suit a beginner, anyone returning to yoga or looking to explore their yoga further. Zsofia creates a safe haven to put practitioners at ease.

Zsófia’s yoga is based on vinyasa style with mindful meditation and breathing. Consequently it is creative, calming and nurturing. In her classes Zsofia loves to combine creative sequencing with a spirit of playfulness. In addition she adds a dose of inspiration to help you progress and deepen your practice.
