 B.Sc Ollie Frost is a Movement and Health Coach at Balance Performance.

Ollie’s coaching philosophy has always been based on human connection and the individuals ability to understand themselves bothOllie Frost Health Coach physically and mentally through the art of movement and breath control.

Ollie grew up in contemporary dance groups before playing rugby professionally for over 6 years. High level competition played a toll on his body and mind which sparked a burning desire to dive deeper into human movement, biomechanics and holistic practice to better himself and his students live their most optimal lives.
