Henry Howe is a Registered Osteopath and Performance Coach with over a decade of experience in a variety of settings.
Henry is passionate about helping people recover from their injuries and, in turn, working with them to find sustainable high performance in their lives. Like many Osteopaths he has a strong clinical interest in spinal pain, particularly in active people, and has a reputation for leaving no stone unturned when planning rehabilitation.
He has worked with a range of athletes within university sport at Imperial College London and later with professional golfers, road cyclists and triathletes. He is known for keeping people as active as possible during their rehabilitation and providing realistic solutions to maintain fitness and strength without prolonging the recovery process.
Henry has mentored and lectured healthcare & fitness professionals on topics surrounding exercise rehabilitation and has appeared in mainstream publications for his expertise in this area. He is passionate about his professional development and is currently studying part-time for an MSc in Performance Psychology.
