Meditation Class (Mar 9)
Key principles and practices that bring about peace and well-being by helping you discover, navigate, and shape your thoughts, emotions, and all the components of your inner world. You will also learn how your inner and outer worlds influence each other.
There are 3 Meditation classes during March – the 9th, 16th and 23rd following on from the Pillars of Meditation workshop (March 1st and 2nd)
This class is part of a series of offerings titled ‘Sacred Movements’. The focus of these offerings is the link between martial arts, healing, and spirituality and their relevance to modern everyday living.
