Fun circuits to get that core back under control. Hoola hoop, twist and tone your way back to a brand new core. Suitable whether you are postnatal or building core strength after a period of back/ pelvic pain. Run by Sally Murray, women’s health physiotherapist who will adapt exercises to suit your stage (ie. for ladies with Diastasis Recti). Babies/toddlers welcome.

Class timings: Tuesday 10.15-10.45am

Class costs: £10.50 or £47.50 for 5 in advance FIRST CLASS FREE
