Meditation Class
Key principles and practices that bring about peace and well-being by helping you discover, navigate, and shape your thoughts, emotions, and all the components of your inner world. You will also learn how your inner and outer worlds influence each other.
This class is part of a series of offerings titled ‘Sacred Movements’. The focus of these offerings is the link between martial arts, healing, and spirituality and their relevance to modern everyday living.
Martial Arts Class
Principles, structures, and movements that govern all martial art practices. This class is designed for all experience levels from any practice. It will give beginners a solid foundation, enable experienced practitioners to go deeper in there arts, and help teachers to pass on their life’s work more efficiently.

Breathing Transformation
Conscious connected breathing is a transformative, and therapeutic healing tool that activates our sympathetic response, the branch of the nervous system responsible for alertness, action, fear and excitement. Unlike other breath work practices, it taps into subconscious and often chronic, energetic holding patterns that built up over the course of our lives through unreleased emotional responses that go on to form habits and beliefs. These experiences become locked into our bodies at a cellular level and aect the way we interact with the world around us. By breathing fully, connected, with total awareness and relaxation we are able to access this stored energy and safely let go, allowing a new state of being to emerge, one that supports who we really are. This self paced, guided session is also an opportunity to become conscious of the connection between the mind, body and breath, a freeing experience in itself.
