Yoga Class – Tuesday morning 7:30-8:30am

Tamara teaches a yoga class that balances strength and release, encouraging students to explore and understand their connection of body and breath. With a playful and grounding energy, she uses a focus on alignment and body awareness, to guide students through a powerful moving meditation.

Tamara has a passion for breathing movement and a love for the constant growth in Yoga. After taking her first yoga class when moving to London 7 years ago, it immediately became a staple part of her life.
