Fitness and Health during Pregnancy
We are not currently running a pregnancy class but you can see Regan for advice, education and information about which exercises are the best to do during your pregnancy, and if you are training with a coach, personal trainer, in yoga or pilates classes, or for a specific sport how best and for how long to continue. These sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals but may cover.
