This class is a great way to work your core and gluteal (buttock) muscles and learn how to activate your pelvic floor muscles properly. It consists of a mixture of mat and standing exercises with different bits of equipment. Fun and sociable circuits to regain control of your trunk – popularly known as your “core”. Hoola hoop, twist and tone your way back to full fitness, a brand new core (well, upgraded at least) and improved health.
Suitable whether you are postnatal or building core strength after a period of back/ pelvic pain. Run by Sonia, a physiotherapist, who will adapt exercises to suit your level and stage (for example women with Diastasis Recti). Babies and toddlers are welcome and kept amused.
