Prehab Class

Prepare – Move – Perform

Weekly on:

Tuesdays: 5:15pm-6:00pm

Thursdays: 7:45am-8:30am

This class will teach you all you need to know about what techniques and exercises to use, in order to prevent injuries and perform in your sport or activity.

Whether you train for football, tennis, running, skiing or even if you are just an avid gym goer, this class is for you. Our resident movement coach and sports Osteopath, Stephanie, will show you which strength, stretching and mobility exercises are the best to help you warm up and perform optimally for your sport.

Classes are billed as packs of four for £40 (£10 per class).
