Pilates Class Categories:

Beginners: you have little or no experience of Pilates but are generally fit and well. Minor injuries/issues can be accommodated in this class but if you are unsure if this is suitable please discuss with us if this is the best option for you. This class is not suitable during pregnancy.

Intermediate/Advanced: you have practiced Pilates regularly for at least a year or more. You have a good understanding of the repertoire and if you have any injuries or issues you are aware of how to manage them within a class environment.

General: you have practiced Pilates before or are a beginner with no or minor injuries. This class is not suitable during pregnancy.

Private and Group Sessions in the Pilates Sanctuary studio, Clapham

Studio Sessions take place:

  • Monday-Friday 
  • Post-natal Mums and Babies 
    • Mums must be 6 weeks post-natal or 10-12 weeks following a C-section. Babies are welcome up until they are crawling.

Semi private sessions (4-5 people) are £40 for a single session, £195 for a block of 5 classes or £385 for 10 classes.

Private sessions are £85 for a single session or £420 for a block of 5 classes (save £25) or £825 for a block of 10 classes.
