A class of movement, breathwork and journalling: be empowered to achieve your own wellbeing
Movement. Breathwork. Journal Class. Every Thursday: 6.30pm
This class includes a variety of practices, always including:
- Open Movement ~ A blend between play, mobility & conditioning.
- Breathwork ~ The breath work allows us to take a break for stressful lifestyles and to be present.
- Journalling ~ Expressing our thoughts through expressive writing allows us to reflect and bring a sense of Being.
