This class includes a variety of practices, always including:

  • Open Movement ~ A blend between play, mobility & conditioning.
  • Breathwork ~ The breath work allows us to take a break for stressful lifestyles and to be present.
  • Journalling ~ Expressing our thoughts through expressive writing allows us to reflect and bring a sense of Being.

The class is led by Jonathan Galbraith a GB martial artist
