Mindful Flow Yoga Class – Tuesday morning 6:45-08:00am
Join Zsófia every Tuesday morning for a mindful flow yoga class to suit beginners, returners and explorers. She creates a safe haven to put practitioners at ease.

- A non-competitive space to explore your yoga.
Zsófia’s class is based on vinyasa style yoga with mindful meditation and breathing. Consequently it is creative, calming and nurturing. In her classes Zsofia loves to combine creative sequencing with a spirit of playfulness. In addition she adds a dose of inspiration to help you progress and deepen your practice.
- Throughout the week Zsofia is available for personal, one-to-one yoga practice sessions.

Zsófia found yoga subsequent to her professional handball career. As a result she has grown stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Furthermore, and unnsurprisingly it became a vital part of her life. Yoga inspires Zsófia to live each moment more mindfully.
