Fitness and Health during Pregnancy

Our womens health team have great knowledge and first hand experience of fitness and health during pregnancy. We are not currently running a pregnancy class but you can see Regan for advice, education and information about which exercises will be best for you during your pregnancy.

If you are training with a coach, personal trainer, attending yoga or pilates classes, or training for a specific sport we can guide you on how best and for how long to continue. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals but may cover:

  • Learning how to do your pelvic floor exercises effectively
  • Gaining a healthy pregnancy posture and better understanding of alignment
  • Start safe movements to prevent pelvic pain
  • Strengthen whole body and maintain a healthy fitness level throughout your pregnancy
