Kettlebells, athletic movement, strength and conditioning for runners
Hi all. Just to let you all know about a workshop that should be of interest to all runners, triathletes who consider good movement, strength and conditioning work essential to performance.
Its not as simple as lifting weights but it is as simple as learning from a world class coach.
Next weekend we have Steve Cotter taking two separate Kettlebell Masterclasses at Balance Performance – behind Sweatshop. We’ve been working with Steve since 2006 and his constantly evolving teaching methods and knowledge never fails to deliver.
considered one of the best kettlebell and movement coaches in the world, Steve has travelled the globe constantly since 2007 teaching and spent many hours training under some exceptional Russian speaking coaches.
Saturday 2.30-5pm (August 3rd)
Sunday 11am-1.30pm (August 4th)
Any questions let me know…but yes it’s suitable for all levels of knowledge and experience.
Steve Cotter founded the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation and balance has been at the centre of this in the UK and Europe since its beginning. Everyone who teaches Kettlebells at Balance is an IKFF qualified teacher. IKFF.net for more info.
