Cj Demonstrates some basic Indian Club work for shoulder joint health

Balance has long been providing guidance on joint health, Indian clubs have been used in Iran and India for even longer. They were discovered by the Royal Navy and British Army over a hundred years ago and in fact Royal Marine Commando PTIs have the nickname of “club swinger”. They have experienced a resurgence now in the UK and USA and some of you will have seen the wooden clubs hanging around the gym at Balance.

Cj has been putting some time into learning the simple but effective co-ordinated moves and passing on his experiences to the sports injury team. See Cj below in the Balance gym showing some moves that healthy shoulders and rehabilitating shoulders will benefit from equally. For a session on joint health or specifically Indian clubs call 02076272308 and book a session with one of the strength and conditioning team.
