“Hi Dan, Just to let you know I did it! I ran all the way, in 4.30.41 and my ankle was fine! Buzzing still and thinking about which one to do next…and in a faster time!
Thank you so much for all your help. I definitely wouldn’t have done it without you. The pain went away following your advice and exercises, and you gave me the confidence and reassurance that it was fine to try to run on.
When I am back in a regular running routine again I’ll make an appointment to look at running technique and avoiding future injuries!
