Physical preparation, athletic conditioning , fitness training, sports specific training - call it what you want, we simply call it "strength, conditioning and movement" and it means we work on a process to develop strength, power, speed, endurance, co-ordination, agility, flexibility, balance, relaxation.

Irrespective of your aims decisive, deliberate, methodical steps are needed if you are to fulfil your potential

Our strength and conditioning services meet the needs of many different people:

  • following or in conjunction with treatment for your sports injury, surgery or episode of pain.
  • as a natural progression from your existing physical training programme, we will identify the weaknesses and strengthen the regime.
  • as a supplement to the sports, recreational or professional activities that take up the majority of your time.
