Alter-G: anti-gravity treadmill for accelerated recovery and performance
A revolution in sports performance and injury recovery, the introduction of the "Alter-G” anti-gravity treadmill at Balance in Autumn 2009 provided new scope for clients recovery from sports injury, back pain, orthopaedic surgery, training for injury prevention, dramatic weight loss and advancing running and sports performance.
The G-trainer treadmill built by Alter-G comprises advanced technology from NASA and a high quality treadmill from Woodway.

What is the value of being able to reduce bodyweight?
Performance and fitness (conditioning)
