Rees Colling – Dietcian



Rees is an Australian dietician with a keen interest in sport, fitness and health. He has over 10 years of experience working within the NHS and private practice and has completed a Sports Dietician Certificate with the Australian Institute of Sport.

Rees specialises in: weight loss, improving energy levels, reducing body fat and improving health and wellbeing through the analysis of current eating plans and providing education and practical tips to meet desired goals. Rees works with our marathon runners, tri-athletes, sporting teams and recreational athletes to advise on nutrition, hydration and recovery eating strategies to improve performance.

Rees also enjoys playing and coaching football.
