Nadine joined the Balance Team after a personal recommendation from Vivobarefoot’s education team.


Her ability to inspire as well pass on instantaneously useful running coaching points has proven very popular with both Balance running clients and the professional team too.

She has turned her passion for exploring and learning into her career. In between coaching clients to begin running in a fluid style, improve their running whatever the current level, and guiding people through the transition from heavily supportive footwear to minimal footwear Nadine enjoys travelling in various ways: walking the Grand Union Canal from Birmingham to Northampton, cycling around Spain over 4000km to learn fluent Spanish, she completed a self-organised non-conventional training adventure performing a 1140km triathlon across 3 countries (680km cycling across Switzerland, over 200km swimming the Danube in Germany and 260km running across Austria). A recent tour around Scotland on foot gave Nadine plenty of time to consider future adventures.
