Claire Wilson – Soft Tissue Therapist

Claire works with a range of soft tissue techniques to aid recovery from injury and improve soft tissue condition, joint mobility and performance.

Claire has always had a keen interest in sport and exercise. She understands how frustrating an injury or health setback can be and she works with massage and soft tissue techniques to enhance and speed up recovery. You should also consider the contribution Claire can make to your injury prevention efforts through the use of soft tissue treatments to increase your physical resilience.

Claire returned to work having had 2 children and so she is fully aware of the stresses and strains that pregnancy and parenthood can put on the body and the benefits that can be felt from soft tissue therapy. Having spent many years working in the Travel & Events industry, Claire also understands the effects of long hours in the office and at a desk, or being on your feet all day and the impacts that these, along with life’s every day stresses, can have on your body.

Claire works with sports people and non-sports people alike treating musculoskeletal tension, injuries, pain and dysfunction, working to aid recovery and improve posture, function and performance. She trained and qualified as a Soft Tissue Therapist at the London School of Sports Massage and is a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM).
