Alice Croucher and Agur Arrien are co-directors of Pilates Sanctuary which was formed in November 2006 with the aim of providing high quality Pilates instruction in the Clapham area. They provide matwork classes for all levels and run a fully equiped Pilates Studio at Balance Physiotherapy. The Pilates Sanctuary teachers specialise in Pilates for injury recovery, maternity Pilates as well as Pilates for general fitness and well-being.
