Overview
Balance Performance Physiotherapy's intent is unambiguous; it is to improve your performance. This is not just for athletes it is simply enhancing your ability to carry out the functions that are required of you whether sporting, professional or day to day to living. Pain, stiffness of muscles or joints, and a reduced capacity of any component of fitness stops you from being fully functional.

Balance provides you with services to help you improve at any stage of your recovery from an injury, operation or illness. It’s never too soon or too late to benefit from a visit. Some of our clients have come to see us within hours of their injury; others have come years after an ACL reconstruction that was not rehabilitated adequately. Yet others have come to have their backs looked at after many years of pain and ineffective treatment elsewhere.

If pain, discomfort or injury is not the issue and instead you want to improve fitness; increase muscle mass and gain body weight; reduce body fat and lose weight; improve your sports performance or be more resilient to occupational physical stresses and demands, we have the know how and facilities to improve every aspect of physical fitness.
