News from Frances Lynn: My second bit of exciting news (well for me maybe) is that I will be heading off on maternity leave in December as Baby Lynn #2 will be arriving in early 2011. So just to make you aware that I will not be around for about 6 months.

Second bit of exciting news (well for me maybe) is that I will be heading off on maternity leave in December as Baby Lynn #2 will be arriving in early 2011. So just to make you aware that I will not be around for about 6 months. May I suggest that during that time, any cycling specific problems make Graham Anderson or Regan Siviter your first port of call. Both are cycle fitters as well as experienced and knowledgeable in cycling specific matters and work closely with CycleFit of Covent Garden, London

I wish you all a healthy winter training season, remember to complement your sport with strength, conditioning and adequate recovery! More miles is not necessarily best! I look forward to hearing your sporting ambitions for 2011.
