The UK's Leading Kettlebell Certification: London and Edinburgh March 2010
If you are serious about strength and conditioning you really should attend a high quality kettlebell workshop. If you are a “kettlebell coach” you really MUST train on a workshop of international standing with a solid curriculum: the IKFFs CKT- Certified Kettlebell Teacher – is one such workshop. If your personal trainer is using kettlebells tell them about this workshop (you will reap the benefits!)
So far this year there are 2 Certified Kettlebell Teacher workshops scheduled for the UK that IKFF Directors Jonathan Lewis and Rannoch Donald are organising:
Details are below but if you have questions on the workshop feel free to contact:
Jonathan Lewis on 07960861267 or 02076272308,
or Rannoch Donald of Kettlebells Scotland at: rannoch@simplestrength.com

As most of you know Balance has been using kettlebells, and getting great results, since 2003, one of the first and so now one of the most experienced facilities in the UK and Europe.
During that time we have sought to learn from and work with the leading strength and conditioning teachers in this field. Firstly with Pavel Tsatsouline, Mike Mahler and Brett Jones within the RKC and Dragon Door circles and since 2006 with Steve Cotter, Ken Blackburn and the IKFF. Jonathan Lewis (physiotherapist and joint founder owner of Balance) is now the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation (IKFF) Director in the UK along with Rannoch Donald of Kettlebell Scotland.
