The anti-gravity technology of the g-trainer has helped many Balance clients rehabilitate faster, now it can enhance your performance if with regular high intensity interval training or competitions:
Winter training can sometimes be dull and repetitive for an athlete or triathlete, for the winter sports men and women all the foucs is on the football, hockey, rugby or lacrosse pitch. The World Record Club aims to spice it up for everyone with some healthy competition that wont leave you depleted of energy.
- increase run speeds for track, road, sports field or court
- add fun but intense workouts to your training programme
- enjoy the competition against yourself and within your category
- elevate anaerobic power (how much intense work you can do)
- run hard with a greatly reduced risk of overuse injury
The Balance team have been competing and clocking some fairly quick times on the g-trainer in the past few weeks. With the mile chosen as the ‘Blue Ribbon’ event, some members are getting close to that 4-minute-mile barrier at 85% body weight. Could you be the first to go under that magical milestone, either at 75% or 85% of your bodyweight.
Become a World Record Club (WRC) member and you can time yourself over any distance that you want. We will keep a record of it to track your progress and highlight every amazing achievement.
If you are a current Balance client you can be a member of the Balance Team for the WRC if not get your running, triathlon or sports club to join. Members will benefit massively, including:
