Balance is registered with all major insurance companies and will issue you with a receipt to claim the cost of your session back directly from your insurer.

It is your responsibility to check and understand your specific policy, they all have their own variations and your company should have a help line to answer your questions on:

• referrals and authorisation from your insurance company,
• treatment duration - can be based on the number of sessions or the period of time that the policy holder has to use their allocated sessions.
