A fitness class for all you pregnant ladies.

  • Learn how to do your pelvic floor exercises effectively
  • Gain a healthy pregnancy posture
  • Start safe stretches to prevent pelvic pain
  • Strengthen whole body and maintain a healthy fitness level throughout your pregnancy

Class timings – 60 min: Tuesday 5:45-6:45pm

Class costs: £15 drop in/ or £55 for a 5-class card
