Post Natal Kettlebell Fitness (but you don't need to be post natal!)
This is a fun and informal, 30 minute ladies only class. It is suitable from 6 weeks postnatal but equally you don’t need to have had a baby!
Absolutely no experience necessary. Babies/toddlers welcome. Run by Sally Murray, women’s health physiotherapist.
