The highly experienced team at the Pilates Sanctuary led by Alice Croucher and Agur Arrien provide some fantastic classes and one to one tuition, always with a strong focus on quality and teacher input, you will see see results quickly.

Pilates Studio 1:1 and Classes

• Monday-Thursday 7.30am-9pm
• Friday 8.30am-5pm
• Saturday 8am-3pm
£60/private 1:1 tuition OR £275 for 5 sessions
£25/ group class OR £120 for 5 classes

Matwork Classes
• Saturday: 9am-10am Rehabilitation Matwork. This class is by appointment only, email agur@pilatessanctuary.co.uk
• Saturday:10am-11am Beginners Matwork (arrive on the day)
• Saturday 11am-12pm Intermediate Matwork (arrive on the day)
• Tuesday 10:15am-11am and 12pm-12:45pm Post Natal Pilates with baby. These classes are by appointment only. Please email Agur at agur@pilatessanctuary.co.uk for course dates and price information.
£12.50 single class OR £50 for a 5 class loyalty card.
