Attend the UK's only Trigger Point Performance Therapy sessions at Balance. Self-massage is like brushing your teeth, a daily habit to care for your muscles! Learn how to use the Trigger Point Therapy Tools effectively to stave off injury, perform better and develop greater resilience - an essential part of the Balance Performance Approach.

We run two classes each week: The Ultimate 6 classes focus on the areas most influential (and therefore vulnerable) in human movement - run, walk, swim, climb, jump, swing, leap, land, roll, fight, dance, play. 

The classes are taken by our experienced and qualified Trigger Point Performance Therapy teachers, they will guide you to use the Trigger Point Therapy tools effectively.

Very soon the Monday evening class will become a Recovery class for runners, cyclists, swimmers - from 5k runs, to marathons, to ironman triathlons, to long distance swimmers and all other endurance pursuits. Trevor Speller will be teaching best use of TPT, Active Isolated Stretching techniques for flexibility and mobility both for joint health and core control.
