Full Throttle Fitness: The Ultimate Kettlebell & Fitness Class

This class is the brainchild of Cj Swaby who dispenses his own unique style of conditioning utilising Kettlebells, body weight exercises, sandbags, medicine balls and many other random objects to push you to your limit.

Disillusioned with the watered down conditioning classes currently available in London and inspired by leading strength and conditioning coaches such as Steve Cotter, Ross Enamait, Jonathan Lewis, and the Diesel Crew amongst others , CJS Fitness put together a beast of a conditioning class. You will be challenged, you will work hard but you will be better for it.

Please note this class is not for the faint hearted and we make no apologies for it. Come and join us for some CJS Fitness Extreme Full Throttle Conditioning . Bring an open mind and a willing body.

Cost £10 Tuesday 7.30-8.30pm Saturday 12.15-1.15pm. NB. You must have Kettlebell experience and an intermediate or advanced level of fitness
