During this exceptional one hour class Jason Progl will guide you through the moves and sequences he has pieced together to challenge you both physically and mentally. 

This is an athletic movement class that will produce results for everyone - from the person recovering from injury to the sports man or woman who wants improved results. The movement skills learnt in this athletic class will allow you to express physical abilities more forcefully and enhance your training to maximise your strength, speed endurance and power by allowing you to move with greater ease, less stress and effort.
